GBI kept having problems with my glow… I kept having problems with my glow plugs not activating when they were supposed to but when I jumped the relay they would . I did a lot of reading on what to use as a replacement, everyone said not to get parts store replacement because they don't last a lot of people said to use the white roger relay but at $80 that was a lot . I found that others had used the western plow relay so I looked up specs on it and it was actually rated higher then the white Rodgers at $55 cheaper , it was a no brainer. I have been super happy with it Fast shipping and great packaging. I've only had it installed for a week so far but hope it will last another 18 years like the original !

GBVery reasonable price would of got 5… Very reasonable price would of got 5 stars but they delivered to my house not to mechanic and I was out of town

GBRecieved programs for my Hydra from CNC… I recieved programs for my Hydra from CNC Fab. What a difference it made in power. I tried PHP and Gearhead programs, but CNC had the best seat of the pants power increase of all three companies. The CUMMINS KILLER program is AWSOME!!!

GBI needed a transmission cooler and I… I needed a transmission cooler and I was concerned that it might not be in stock. Not only did Corey respond to my concerns in a timely manner, but he reassured me that I would get it within an acceptable amount of time. Sure enough, he was true to his word and I was able to complete the project without delay.

GBCustomer service at it’s best I had put a post on facebook asking for help for my old 7.3, the owner of the company replied to my comment offering help. He offered advise and walked me through the entire process showing me the parts that would work well at a reasonable price. Just don’t see that type of customer service anymore in todays world. Anyone looking for knowledgeable help with there 7.3 should contact them before buying anywhere else.
