GBThis was the WORST online ordering… This was the WORST online ordering scenario that i've ever encountered ! I ordered parts on June 8th and payment was processed "the very same day". They claim it takes 24-48 hours to process order to ship was was fine with me... HOWEVER, after 6 days my order still showed as "not shipped" just "paid". After numerous phone calls (you CAN'T reach a LIVE person !) trying to resolve the issue I got a text response that product was "shipped" and that "tracking number" was provided on my account. All of this was a LIE. I had to wait (4 more days) due to the fact they weren't open Sun or Mon. After getting angry and demanding a tracking number be sent to me or I would reverse charges to my credit card as a "fraudulent" purchase.. I suddenly received the package in the mail. I sent another email telling them to nevermind sending the "tracking number" as i had the package. I included a stated fact that 12 days to receive a product from Florida to NY is ridiculous. A return e-mail stated that it was only 7 days. Because I now had the tracking number i could do a "history" review. They "packaged" the product on june 10th BUT never created a label for it to "ship" until June 16th and didn't get package to USPS until the 17th. Guess what,.. package received on June 20th which makes the time for it to travel from Florida to NY (4 days)... EXACTLY the amount of time i told them it should take. Instead of 'admitting' their mistake that the product accidentally didn't get shipped the same day they packaged it, they attempted to say that "I" was in the wrong and mistaken about the order time. It was a good thing that I possessed the tracking history and could prove them wrong. It's too bad this occurred because I intended to order MANY more parts from them but because of this experience... RAN FOR THE HILLS !!!!!

GBDamaged on delivery... wouldn't repair Purchased a golf cart from this company in 2022 and it was delivered by them with the mirror damaged. They committed to providing a replacement but a year later they still didn't. Seemed like nice people to deal with originally, but I wouldn't go back for vehicle service or any other purchases.

GB0 stars for this dealer 0 stars for this dealer ! As a small engine mechanic I am always online looking for and buying parts. I mistakenly bought 2 of a expensive part from this place and they won't take back the extra unopened resalable part ! As a volume internet buyer of parts this is a huge red flag! So I take this as a lesson and loss and for now on I will only shop at reputable websites that will take back unopened resalable parts like Global motor imports and many other companies that will take a return. I will edit the post if and when I get a refund to the credit card used after they receive my return. I asked them how I would receive my refund on 1/20/20 and waited overnight for a response and I never received a reply until the one below. L

GBWill not return calls, or provide title documentation. Will not return calls or emails. Will not provide documentation in order to register. Do not, I mean do not buy unless they give your the documentation at time of purchase. I am beginning to believe they sold me a stolen bike and are unable to provide appropriate documentation
