USI ordered 2 items from you on June1… I ordered 2 items from you on June1 2022 and I received one of the items but not the other one. I emailed you and you emailed me back but I still haven’t received my second item. I hope this issue will get resolved. I have ordered from you before and have never had any problems until now.

USI will never use this company again I will never use this company again, it was my first and will be my last. I was constantly trying to get the status of my order. I finally got a response about 2 days later. He stated in the email I would get an answer in 24 to 48 hours, at this point I was ready to cancel my order. Well, 24 to 48 hours turned into about 7 to days. In the meantime, I contacted my credit card company with my concerns. The telephone number on the website is not answered, I left several messages and no one ever called me back.

USStill have not received my order weeks… Still have not received my order weeks later. Two customer service contacts said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours to confirm when I can expect my order. Neither time has anyone got back to me. I don't even know how to cancel and get my money back.

USI truly LOVE my Dolphins seat cushion! I truly LOVE my Dolphins seat cushion! I had accidentally "hit the wrong button" when I was ordering it, and ended up with Kansas City Koozies. I sent an email shortly after I place the order - like within less than an hour - asking if those could be removed from my order. I never got a response, and they were delivered with my seat cushion. I just sent another email, to see if I can return them for a refund. I did not open the packaging that they are in. Thank you!

USI placed my order on April 26th and it… I placed my order on April 26th and it has still not arrived. It is a birthday gift for sister which is May 17th. I emailed and received a response that you would let me know when it shipped and apologizing for the delay. Its been four more days and still haven't heard anything, except of course for this request for a review. Where is my chair? When is it going to ship?
