GBALERT! The only reason there is one star is because you cannot start your complaint without it. These people are Crooks!!!! I could not maintain signal because of their never ending Buffering. So when I tried logging out and back in they locked my account. I have sent 10 emails since Dec 26th and have not received any replies. There is no way to contact them, and they ignore Any type of resolution. I am perusing action against them through the regulatory agency’s.

GBDisconnect between direct tv and nflhd After watching pats vs cowboys for 3 he score being 29 to 26…. It blacked out, and did not go to another channel. Subsequently we miss the 29-29 tie and cowboys touchdown in or for the game. Why would any channel do that? Not to mention we pay extra for the Sunday ticket. It was beyond frustrating. We were told by direct tv that the nflhd channel was responsible.

GBDon't waste your money with this… Don't waste your money with this service. Streams constantly buffer, and there's constant service maintenance that occurs randomly and without notice. Easily the worst customer service out there, whom never respond to their "live chat". I strongly urge you not to use their service. I will update as I use this service, and will change this review if their service improves.

GBI have sent a lot of emails and… I have sent a lot of emails and messages in over 3 weeks because I am having and issue watching NFL football and got no response they take your money and will not help you is you have an issue I will not deal with this site again I think they are a Scam

GBHorrible...my wi-fi is fantastic Horrible...my wi-fi is fantastic, gaming router and wvery device in the house is working fantastic through wireless gaming router. But NFLHDTV is not, contant error code, hls:networkerror_manifestload error AND I SPENT GOOD MONEY FOR THIS CRAP, SECOND WEEK IN A ROW! I WAS DUPED
