Useless Platform for NC Bettors I've always liked Fan Duel and when sports betting finally became legal in NC, I was looking forward to placing some bets . . . however, Fan Duel can't be used on a desktop computer that uses an ethernet cable (hardwired) to access the internet . . . only WIFI. I downloaded their location services app and enabled all apps to use location services, then pinpointed my default location . . . support told me I must use WIFI which doesn't work as well on my computer. This makes Fan Duel's NC experience not only silly, but extremely limited in scope . . . and they don't seem to care. Thanks for alienating your customers.

They have no telephone E number. Their chat is AI and never reply via email. Do not keep a debit card attached. Trust me. I contacted the BBB and gaming commission. It was awful It was awful, this gaming site is Very unprofessional. I have been trying to reach out to them regarding refunding me the money for months. I received an email saying that they were going to close my account and refund me my money until one to five business days that never happened. I’ve left numerous emails. No one has contacted me back or refunded my money.
