Notice a giant difference in play when in a bonus that requires a certain amount of wagering before it’s given. Yesterday they had a promotion if you wagered $1500 you get a $75 bonus. Deposited $340 and only able to get to $947. Now, I’m not just someone who plays small or reckless. And I play ALOT. Their customer support is atrocious. Their bonuses are trash and they honestly do not care if you stay or go. They also really like to give you communication errors when you’re winning. But, never when you’re losing. So weird. I received an email saying that they were going to close my account and refund me my money until one to five business days that never happened. I’ve left numerous emails. No one has contacted me back or refunded my money.
