So I throw a fit and they suspend my account and I'm not allowed to withdraw my money because one employee can't handle criticism when they make a mistake.

When I start increasing my bets on the 1/6th, the ball may travel there 1/20 spins. That's mathematically impossible. Other times, there's no movement as the ball drops on the opposite side, and the ball plants itself in a well.
