They have no telephone E number. Their chat is AI and never reply via email. Do not keep a debit card attached. Trust me. I contacted the BBB and gaming commission. Useless Platform for NC Bettors I've always liked Fan Duel and when sports betting finally became legal in NC, I was looking forward to placing some bets . . . however, Fan Duel can't be used on a desktop computer that uses an ethernet cable (hardwired) to access the internet . . . only WIFI. I downloaded their location services app and enabled all apps to use location services, then pinpointed my default location . . . support told me I must use WIFI which doesn't work as well on my computer. This makes Fan Duel's NC experience not only silly, but extremely limited in scope . . . and they don't seem to care. Thanks for alienating your customers.

Seems rigged and predictable I’ve played lots of slots at casinos and on just about every app, FanDuel is by far the worst. Once it learns your algorithm and how you bet, it will hit a point where all games quit being random and stop paying out anything (more than $1 or 2 every 20 spins.) I’ve literally had this happen 100/100 times. It really seems that the fanduel casino games don’t payout based on luck or chance but by taking advantage of your algorithm and hooking you until you lose all your money every time, no matter what, no matter what game. I’ve only had this experience with fanduel.

Have to notice a trend from others Have to notice a trend from others. Well below state regulations in wins and losses. Notice a giant difference in play when in a bonus that requires a certain amount of wagering before it’s given. Yesterday they had a promotion if you wagered $1500 you get a $75 bonus. Deposited $340 and only able to get to $947. Now, I’m not just someone who plays small or reckless. And I play ALOT. Their customer support is atrocious. Their bonuses are trash and they honestly do not care if you stay or go. They also really like to give you communication errors when you’re winning. But, never when you’re losing. So weird. Also, don’t waste your time with your State Gaming Commission. They’re useless and clearly put there by the casinos. I’m no conspiracy theorist, but take it from someone who’s been doing it here and over seas for years. Personally, much better customer service, way bigger bonuses and always giving you cash back on losses over seas. Especially now that they’ve lost so much business to land based.

But the over and under is 5.5 I figure wow san Fran just scored maybe I get lucky and make a bet before they fix it. I take the over 5.5 game ends they have final score 6-0 San Fran but don't give me my money says I lost. I go to ESPN.com and see final was 5-0. Fanduel said San Fran scored 5 runs in the 9 th when they really only scored 4. 15 minutes after the game fanduel changed final score 5-0. And tells me they are not responsible for there third party errors. So I throw a fit and they suspend my account and I'm not allowed to withdraw my money because one employee can't handle criticism when they make a mistake.
