Having tried, unsucessfully to increase my limit for 3 days, I reached out to customer service who then informed me to remove limits it takes 24 hours for a daily limit, it takes a week for a weekly limit and a month to remove a monthly limit. No answer as to why this isn't transparent and on the site. I find this rather dishonest. Although it doesn't help them at all! And I'm like the rest of the people, have spent tons of money with nothing to show for it. I'm done with the site.
