Useless Platform for NC Bettors I've always liked Fan Duel and when sports betting finally became legal in NC, I was looking forward to placing some bets . . . however, Fan Duel can't be used on a desktop computer that uses an ethernet cable (hardwired) to access the internet . . . only WIFI. I downloaded their location services app and enabled all apps to use location services, then pinpointed my default location . . . support told me I must use WIFI which doesn't work as well on my computer. This makes Fan Duel's NC experience not only silly, but extremely limited in scope . . . and they don't seem to care. Thanks for alienating your customers.

I received an email saying that they were going to close my account and refund me my money until one to five business days that never happened. I’ve left numerous emails. No one has contacted me back or refunded my money.

I play 1/6th of the wheel heavy, and about 1/3 more of the wheel with a few bets, but mainly on one side of the wheel. When I start increasing my bets on the 1/6th, the ball may travel there 1/20 spins. That's mathematically impossible. Also, the 'rebounds' and the way the ball moves always ends up on the opposite side of the wheel. Other times, there's no movement as the ball drops on the opposite side, and the ball plants itself in a well. Having tried, unsucessfully to increase my limit for 3 days, I reached out to customer service who then informed me to remove limits it takes 24 hours for a daily limit, it takes a week for a weekly limit and a month to remove a monthly limit. No answer as to why this isn't transparent and on the site. I find this rather dishonest. Although it doesn't help them at all! And I'm like the rest of the people, have spent tons of money with nothing to show for it. I'm done with the site.
