My experience with Human Capital ventures I had the opportunity to work with Human capital ventures recently for a job position at an EV start up. They were very professional and helpful right from Day 1 of our association. Dayne helped me with the job advert and other details of the role. She was very prompt with her response to any of the concerns I had throughout the whole process. Dayne and Phil helped me prep for the interviews and were very thorough in their analysis of the job. Dayne also helped during the negotiations and kept me in the know about everything and was very transparent with the discussion. She gave regular updates and was on the same page till I started. HCV were very helpful and resourceful in my job search and I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a job.

Their Team will facilitate & assist with every step of the Recruitment process from applying for jobs, assistance with your CV, job placement, even up to getting set up as a contractor. As a first time contractor, the additional services provided by HCV to help you get set up we’re great! The Team are very personable, ensuring to keep you updated from start to finish makes all the difference! My experience with a lot of other Agencies you have to continually chase them. Very Helpful Staff I’m very pleased with the support I got from Matt Simpson. He was very clear on the requirements for the role, had detailed information about the company and was helpful with the interview process. I would highly recommend Human Capital Ventures.

Excellent throughout HCV recently placed me in a new exciting role, the entire team were excellent throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process; kept me updated with progress, promptly answered all my questions, and put me in touch with accountancy firm who helped with the set-up of my business. I would certainly recommend HCV.

Superb Service I recently had the pleasure to work with Matt Stimpson on a job opportunity. His guidance and regular contact made such a difference, and was without a doubt the best service I have received. Matt spent time with me on the phone before my first phone interview, following this up a few days later to ensure I had time to look at the company and was happy with the role. We spoke straight after both my telephone and face to face interviews, and I felt he was with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with Matt and have no doubt he has a great career ahead of him
