This is the second time using Caradonna… This is the second time using Caradonna to schedule our group dive vacation, we will continue to use Kim @ Caradonna for all our Dive Trip needs.

Kim was wonderful to work with Kim was wonderful to work with. We had two couples with a mix of divers and non-divers and she helped us plan our stay at Ramon's Village that checked all of our boxes. I was especially impressed with her responsiveness whenever we had any questions and ensuring we had all of the information needed for our trip.

When making reservations for a resort…confirm your room location. When making reservations for a resort on bonaire we requested a room on the second floor with a pool view and were assured that our preferences would be conveyed. However when we got there our room was first floor in a different section of the resort. Extremely disappointed. After a lot of discussion with the resort staff we were able to move to a more suitable room the next day. Not sure what we could have done differently to ensure we got what we wanted. Everything else was great.

Perfectly Planned Trip Kim at Caradonna organized a dive trip for us to Belize. She is amazing — all my questions ahead of time were answered quickly and professionally, and the details of a potential trip were explained clearly. In the end, I gave the go-ahead for the trip and Kim organized everything from start to finish!! It was effortless on my part, and everything went according to plan. Highly recommend Kim at Caradonna!!

April has helped our family of 5 go on… April has helped our family of 5 go on many memorable adventure vacations. But this time, when our flight back from French Polynesia was canceled with no accommodations or rebooking plan from the airlines, April quickly responded to our email, got on the phone with us, and helped coordinate a plan that got us back. And it was nearly midnight in the United States! The diving was excellent, and the accommodations good. And she always fine safe and reliable dive operators for our three kids (12-16yo). Will definitely book through April again!
