You're website was user friendly You're website was user friendly. Just a suggestion...the part that velcros the handles together need to have a much stronger stitch. It's already coming apart on my duffle within the first couple of uses. But all and all it is a pretty good bag. I'm about to order the 30L bag.

The concept and functionality of the… The concept and functionality of the wagon is awesome! The quality of material is severely lacking. I’ve only used it a handful of times and already have stitching coming undone for the cup holders, and handle holder. Also one of the hand straps to pick it up has already come off, and the rubber cushion for the steering handle is breaking. I’ve emailed customer service with pictures and order number to hopefully exchange for a new one in the hopes that I maybe just got a defective one. No answer yet. This thing is way too expensive to be following apart already!

Surfing year-round in New England is straight up COLD and unforgiving. The parka immediately made pre and post surfs much more tolerable. I've been using my parka for 3+ years and it is still in great condition.
