Absolutely LOVE my Tucktec and this company! I 100% recommend a Tucktec to anyone who is looking for a recreational kayak!!! I have a 10-ft 2023 model, which I LOVE! I get out on the water as often as I can, and I’m fortunate that I can use it year-round because of where we live. It’s so portable that I carry it around in the bike trailer I originally bought for my dog, which now also serves as a beach cart and kayak cart. I can put in anywhere I can get to the water’s edge. No special roof rack or kayak ramp needed. I will also say I am so impressed by Tucktec as a company. Their customer service is something you rarely experience anymore, so it stands out. They stand behind their products and are amazingly responsive. When I first bought my kayak, I did have some issues. I sent a handful of emails, always in the evening or on the weekend. I got a response back within the hour every single time from Dan (Daniel?). I was floored. On top of that, they immediately resolved my issues without hesitation, even though that meant replacing a kayak. I cannot say enough good things about this company, including the fact that the kayaks are made right here in the USA. The only possible downside is for the introverted kayakers: When other people are around when you’re putting in or taking out, they will inevitably gawk at you and ask questions. Sometimes when I’m not feeling social, I’ll purposely choose a more isolated launch point. 😁 I think Tucktec could mobilize an entire PR/sales push if they made all of us ambassadors and equipped us with QR codes or something to share with interested gawkers who are in the market for a kayak!

No response from Customer Service The kayak is great but, we were to get a paddle with the kayak we purchased at Christmas 2023. No paddle was in shipment. We have reached out to customer service multiple times about this an another issue but, no response.

Tucktec folding kayaks are quality made… Tucktec folding kayaks are quality made kayaks that are life changers for folks whose heart desires are to kayak...but handling and transporting a hardshell kayak is impossible! As a physically challenged 68 yr old, I independently kayak with my Tucktecs (yes, more than one!) Tucktec's customer service is the BEST of any industry! They stand behind their products and fully support their customers! Tucktec folding kayaks changed my life!

Everything they said it would be! We got our kayak delivered, assembled it and the family loves it. It is pretty easy to unfold it and latch everything into place. It also feels nice and secure when you are sitting in it. I ordered the pro version because it offered some excellent options and the price difference is really negligible. I highly recommend #tucktec kayaks. Amazing product
