Great tool for those entering the ultra running world vert.run is a great option for those entering the world of ultra running. I'm a more seasoned ultra runner and it wasn't perfect for my upcoming 24-hour track race, but it's a great tool for those getting started. I would highly recommend using vert.run or a coach as transitioning to ultras is very different than road marathons or shorter trail distances.

I started a 50K plan a couple of weeks… Initially, I had an issue setting up my account, needed to send an email but all good now. I'm now several weeks into my tailored training plan with personal coach and really seeing the benefits.

Great training plans and coaches Great training plans with really responsive coaches. I've completed two training plans (so far!) and enjoyed the progression through the weeks. Moi adapted my plan to fit around my needs. The plans kept me on track and the feedback from Moi kept me motivated. I've had great results, signing up for another one!

Vert.Run is the real deal! Vert.Run is the real deal. For someone who is just beginning their ultra journey, or someone like me who has several ultras under their belt and just wants a little more structure and variety. The coaches and the feedback were on point and the communication throughout the process was consistent. I used the training block for the Bandera 100K and I set a 1.5hr 100K PR on a very technical course... the stats speak for the validity of this platform!

5k beginner I use the 5k training plan and it has been going great so far! I have background experience running track and field in sprints, but not in distance. Since having a baby and trying to rebuild my abdominal strength, the 5k program has been amazing! I can do the workouts with my baby in a jogger, and the workouts are 3 or 4 days a week. HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone who wants to build some running endurance!
