GBThis will change your mindset, if you let it... The mobility and strength workshop was not completely as I expected. The mindset employed here is uncommon - focus on the why and how, before the what. The focus on brain and muscle activation is welcome new perspective to me as I'm my experience has simply been see movement, mimic movement. Understand, this is completely relevant to mountain biking. There is no way to fully replicate, in a workout, all the inputs and possible movements that need to be made on the bike. So instead, work to teach your body to move fluidly and do what you tell ot so that it is more adaptable on the trails. THIS is what is really being taught here, there are movements and tools that are helpful for biking to be sure. If you want to change your perspective, check this stuff out today! They have access to most tech and plenty of tools and staff to take your cycling to the next level. Wether of not you can do a tail whip or back flip or want to just get stronger and focus on upping your technique you your mountain bike.

GBExcellent Customized Coaching I have received excellent mountain bike skills coaching from the get-go with this program. The program teaches cycling-specific calisthenics & movements and technical training. The one-on-one interaction and feedback is speedy, informative, and useful. You get lots of individualized feedback and attention to your specific areas of concern! These folks really know their stuff! Watch a World Cup race and you’ll see the pros executing what they are teaching here. There are also small group live zoom sessions which are interesting and helpful. They start with the basics and place a great deal of emphasis on off-the-bike flexibility and range of motion. I can attest that the “custom movements” make it easier to learn new techniques and exert oneself on the bike. When I started the program, I didn’t know how long-distance skills coaching would work, but I can say now- it works very well! If you put in the time and work hard, you will become a better rider through this program!

The daily movement and workout routines are easy enough that I actually do them but challenging enough that I've seen drastic changes in my strength and mobility. I feel so much more confident in my movement than I have in years. And the mountain biking portion is a simple progression once your body is building confidence. Easy to follow seemingly simple movements and body position on the bike that drastically improve riding skills. I'm incredibly stoked that I found this program and would highly recommend to anyone that feels like they have lost a step on the bike and want to get back to, or into, their best riding form.
