You get a cheerful & happy kid after an hour long class whilst dropping a gloomy & tired kid to class. 2. Please expect that after some time in training your aerialist will amaze you with furniture moving skills and all sorts of upper (and lower) body strength related household help. 3. Your child will develop deep friendship with fellow aerialists and those friends will be his or her dearest friends forever (mine talks about them all the time ). 4. Do not be surprised if your child discovers other talents and skills whilst doing acro and aerial sports: dancing, performing, knowing their body, balancing both physically and mentally or simply being more open and less shy. This unusual activity does stimulate dormant potential in us we would never know about. 5. My daughter does aerial and acro everywhere she can, any picture with her is an acro trick, I cannot get a “normal” picture any longer. Under no pressure she does splits, stretching etc at home which is a great sign that body needs and loves to exercise - this is a foundation for a healthy life - priceless. Air Sports’ constant complicating and enhancing programs of daily classes and fantastic summer camp obviously opens up kids even more, they see their hidden potential and love their progress. When I first dropped my daughter to the aerial summer camp with Natalia to make her lazy summer time meaningful, she said “I hate you”- she has always been scared of heights. She still is:). Now she admits that it was the best decision I had ever made for her physical and mental health. Deep knowledge of the subject which is a blend of gymnastics, acrobatics, dance, circus arts, anatomy and trauma (with medical background of the founder of the studio), psychology, pedagogy, philosophy ( yes, it is not that simple!), yoga and aerial sports themselves makes these teachers different and unique for Panhandle. They simply love what they are doing, they enjoy and know how to teach. Kids LOVE them. Look at the studio itself, a hidden jewel that is equipped with the safest apparatus and being beautified by four loving hands of the trainers daily. Also, wait for this sport to become official Olympic sport! Truly, meeting Natalia was the best thing that happened to me in the USA.

Unexpected love It's so fun! My friend invited me to join aerial silks classes in PCB in November, and I have been attending them non-stop since then. I like a good warm-up at the beginning of the class, after which I am usually pretty work out and ready to go home haha. But then we have the most exciting part, silks, where we put our bodies to test (under Natalia's constant supervision). She also gives us an opportunity to perform a certain routine, like a dance on silks, not only for good pictures and videos but also for our coordination, balance and strength. Which is why I enjoy these classes. I can feel my body getting stronger, more mobile and flexible. Stretching and strengthening exercises are an important part of each class. Natalia always gives some useful advice on how to stretch properly and not hurt yourself. And we always have nice music and so much fun there! I just fell in love with classes. Thank you Natalia! It’s my first time trying out something related to acrobatics, however, I could do some pretty tricks after the first class. It’s such a great workout and a beautiful look for anybody- makes you feel elegant light and graceful. Natali is a professional with years of experience- I really like her technique because she emphasizes the importance of understanding how your body works- which is helpful if you want to escape any kind of injuries. 5⭐️!
