SkatePro is customer friendly! I found SkatePro to be a very customer friendly company. They quickly responded to technical questions I had regarding my type of XC skis I purchased. Their shipping was quick, especially when considering they shipped from their European warehouse to our home in the USA. I rate them an excellent sports equipment vendor!

Beautiful quad skates 💜 They’re unfortunately no longer making the skates I’ve purchased, but at least I got a pair before they ran out! I love these styles of quads. Wish they do make more, so I could add some variety to my collection. Before buying I called their customer service ask questions and exchange information, and the woman I spoke to was not only very patient and kind…but also very knowledgeable which made my choice very easy. The 365 day return policy isn’t bad either. Thanks so much!!

Everything came super-fast Everything came super-fast considering it traveled from the other side of the world. Would definetly buy from them again. One thing to note, as I previously mentioned, is that it comes from overseas so for USA buyers that could steer them away. For some reason that is not disclosed from their website. I felt mislead after I made my purchase.

Ice skates lasted 2 months Ordered some ice skates for my daughter. They arrived but they have lasted her 2 months. They have collapsed inwards and Skate-Pro have denied all responsibility suggesting they weren't used correctly. She has used them approx' 6 times since I have bought them. Shocking.
