First contact, job landed I filled my profile with my details, cv, preferences etc. And Vettery did the work with no more iteration from me. The first company that contacted me ended up offering me the job at the end of the hiring process. I'd say 100% success ratio.

Don't waste your time signing up You have to ask repeatedly to be "shown in the showcase" and even then, you might get a hit only once every 4-6 months. As a former consultant, I've been on multiple other hiring platforms that have weekly or monthly hits and the quality of the companies is 10x relative to those on Vettery. I stopped checking my profile because the "talent manager" doesn't care and never reaches out. Don't even waste your time setting up a profile.

Great Team - Good Communication I participated in several hiring programs and Vettery had the best communication. I interacted with two people who called me and were very responsive helping me out. And they even reminded me of the bonus I was eligible for months after I had forgotten about it. Vettery will be my first choice the next time I am on the market.
