GBQuick response, but website lacking stock availability The sales team was quick to reply and follow up on email questions which was appreciated. However, I was surprised that the website product pages were not able to show out-of-stock and that stocking issues had to be communicated through post-sale email.

GBI have only had the best experiences… I have only had the best experiences when purchasing from kite line :) I did have one kite that came with a manufacturer defect and they made it right :). Highly recommend
