They said it had “been inspected before it left the warehouse so it couldn’t have been torn.” They offered $69 back which was basically useless since the suit ended up being nearly $300. Terrible return policies.

USInstant charge, delayed shipping Took payment immediately and didn't ship for over two weeks. All products listed as 'in stock'. Missed the targeted delivery date by 3 days Even had numerous email exchanges with the company assuring me that they would faithfully deliver before the trip Will not purchase from again

AUsnowverb fan I have placed two jackets and four pants on snowverb, It was an pleasant shopping experience, the delivery was very fast, the customer service was patient when I wanna change the item I placed wrong color, also they even free gift me a goggle as a reward. I am going to purchase some more snow gear for my whole family, because they are good quality and nice prices.Love snowverb!

CAzero stars I originally left a review giving snowverb zero stars but they did come through and refunded my purchase it took a very long time which could be blamed on the Postal Service and just slow customer service . I’m going to say they’re not a total scam just poorly managed I’m upgrading zero stars to three. Be patient if you buy from these guys .

USI had a good experience I was extremely skeptical and thought I got scammed but received my snowboard jacket 3 days later. I was surprised that it was actually nice quality and exactly like the photo! I tested it under running water to make sure it was in fact water proof and it passed the test. Though my personal experience, this website is legit! I hope this helps. One more thing to point out is that Amazon actually sells the same brand for much cheaper and I wish I would’ve known that before spending $60 more than I needed to
