Great experience. I mentored with Merritt in 2018, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from him and the Apteros community. He is a gifted teacher, with a true passion for his craft and a real connection to his students. He teaches brilliantly, whether its a planned talk or on the fly, open to any question, analysis of whatever session or market. He just dives in and the information flows. His depth of knowledge and experience is clear, but he keeps on evolving and upping his game, and sharing with the community. Truly leading by example. I found the Apteros community amazing. Such diverse, supportive, clever and good-humored quality people! I will always think of Merritt as a master wayfinder of the trading environment and journey, who was generous enough to show me his maps. I continue to benefit from the knowledge he shared, every day.

I cancelled my renewal 1 day before the… I cancelled my renewal 1 day before the renewal date, yet was charged anyway. The Apteros site does not provide any documentation of cancellation so I had nothing to support a dispute with my credit card company. My emails to Apteros questioning the charge were never responded to. When Apteros finally responded to my credit card company (2-3 months later) their response was I had received the service which is 100% false. ETA: In response to Apteros's comments below. My subscription was set to renew on Oct 12th. I submitted my cancellation on October 11th. I did not receive a cancellation email. My subscription was not renewed in November so clearly it was cancelled. I took no trades after October 11th / did not use the service at all. If Apteros disagrees, I would appreciate seeing the cancellation email / some system-generated information that shows I cancelled after the renewal date. ETA part 2: Apteros reached out to me as part of this review. Turns out there is a cancellation term related to timeframe I overlooked so it's my mistake. I appreciate them spending the time to investigate and trying to make things right.

True Proffessionals Well, what can I say that others haven't said already? The course content is excellent and easy to follow, even though it is a lot to take in. For those not familiar with Apteros and Merritt Black, don't worry you're in safe hands, I have to say I have spent a bucket load of cash on other courses, training and such, but none compares to what's on offer at Apteros. Merritt is a real stand-up guy who's honest, hardworking & genuine, a rare commodity in the Trader training industry, and the reason apart from the above attributes is he's not in it to sell loads of course material although he will cos of his reputation, its because he cares about those that ask for his help. Merritt gives his time to answer questions even from non-paying students, the sign of a great teacher. His professionalism and trading knowledge are second to none. This is demonstrated in the content of the first chapter of the NADRO course which is the most important but often overlooked or even demoted to the end by other providers, and that is the unsexy topic of "Mental Framework" and the need to evolve our thinking and attitudes to become successful, "Thinking like a casino". I wholeheartedly recommend taking a look at NADRO which is a beautiful framework for identifying the risk-reward landscape & then finding ways to access those opportunities. NADRO & indeed Apteros are not just training courses or a provider they are a community of like-minded people willing to share and help each other grow.

No algos here I have been flopping around with retail trading for more than 10 years and was looking for more. Well, I found it at Apteros Trading. If you are looking for a quick buck or some fancy algorithm, you won't find it here. What you will get is a rock solid foundation to develop an edge along with great support from the Apteros Trading team and the trading community.

Learn to Truly Understand Markets I’ve done and seen a lot of things in the trading world, but I’ve never been taught how to truly generate trades for myself. I think this is the most important thing I can offer to anyone else outside of the Apteros Community. Merritt has been the only mentor I’ve ever had who showed me how to produce trade ideas that work day-after-day. He holds nothing back from you… no secret sauce… no magic indicator… If you are willing to do the real work, there is no limit to what you can accomplish here. I could say so much more, but the simple and undeniable fact is that Merritt taught me to trade consistently for myself. I think that’s the greatest praise I can offer.
