GBI need to rerurn I need to rerurn! site states there is a return policy, however all my emails to customer support are bounced back & undeliverable!~??.. what a horrible company, why bother ? Do you sleep well at night with all the money you've scammed?, I would hope you have horrible nightmares. All I need is a bigger size, for gods sake, is that too muich to ask? I will contact the dept in our Government that,oversees false companies and scams people . from what I read here its 100% of all orders.. GBi actually like this store delivery was a little delayed as i ordered one of their best seller underwear, and honestly i was pretty worried initially that i'll never receive my stuff but it just arrived and OMG it was the best purchase i've ever made! i would've given 5 star if i was able to receive it earlier but i do understand the shipping delay these days. in all, they're actually pretty dope. i will come back.

CASupport is MIA if you are trying to return an item Ordered a bra in size 34G from the website. I did receive the product about two weeks later which is a relief. However, the product was NOT a G cup. Maybe a B or C cup at the most. The packaging only said 75/34 and didn't specify a cup size at all. I want to return the item for a full refund. When I reach out to support to initiate a return, I get no response. I have now reached out three times leaving 1-2 business days in between. The webiste boasts "hassle-free" returns which is not what my experience has been thus far. I would happily upgrade my rating if I experienced better customer service.

GBA waste of time! Placed an order 4/22, waited a wk for an update but order status said I needed to contact customer service for assistance. Spent another wk emailing a few times, but never got a reply. Luckily I ordered through PayPal so I got an instant refund. Would not recommend! Update: to reply to the “huge order”, I ordered 2 bras! So I doubt it was so hard for them. Also I emailed and got no response even another week later, so like I originally stated, would not recommend!

GBI ordered from Gochumbo on April 3 I ordered from Gochumbo on April 3, and I haven’t received my order yet. They haven’t even replied to my 3 previous emails which I feel is very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Someone needs to respond to me ASAP, either send my order or refund me back my $3809. But trust me, I will never order from you all again and I will let every social media site know how y’all treat your customers 😡
