GBI purchased both the B2 smith machine… I purchased both the B2 smith machine and the bench. I'm extremely happy with the purchase. I like the versatility of the equipment, as well as the quality of the whole thing. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home gym.
Unfortunate
GBReceived a damaged bench Received a damaged bench. They sent me part of the bench to replace a portion of what was damaged. They said that they didn’t have any replacement pads in stock and offered me a $50 gift card. This does not cover the cost of the bench and they did nothing else to solve the issue. They blamed it on shipping and said they would talk to them. Doesn’t help me

GBHighly recommend Major fitness provides a great product and great customer service. The website is very informative and you are able to speak by phone as well to helpful people. My gym equipment was delivered promptly and safely and at a good price. Highly recommend this company and there strong and sturdy gym equipment.

GBSatisfied with purchase Prompt delivery. Boxes generally in good condition. Would be 5 stars but the included instructions are very basic which could be a problem if your not a handy person.
