GBWhere’s my stuff??? I have completed 3 races, purchased 3 rewards, upgraded my membership, and I have only received one of my rewards. I contacted customer service, and they said they didn’t have an address for me. Yet my address was showing, the rewards were marked as shipped, and the first reward showed up just fine. I am not spending another dime here until I have everything I paid for!

GBFirst race great. After that? My first race went smoothly. Everything seemed great. Then app issues, no tracking, no race information, looks like a waste of a lot of money. I agree that Customer service tells you it's your mistake that their app and or site is having problems and I've been having trouble for days, receiving one line answers and no solution. In addition to tracking numbers that just sit. So, fantastic idea that worked once beautifully. After that, it's just been days of frustrating emails and no solution.

GBSatisfied member I have been a Yes Fit member for just over two years. I have had a positive experience from the variety of events to the quality of the medals to the quick shipping when events are completed to the helpful customer service. I do have one complaint though, there are so many beautiful and fun medals I don't know which ones to get. Still working on the ones I purchased last year and have more purchased this year. One review mentioned races not tracking. I have the same problem. I have found that turning off my phone and restarting it updates the distance.

GBYes.Fit helps to keep me motivated to… Yes.Fit helps to keep me motivated to keep walking. Pre pandemic I was "earning" T shirts 2-3 times a year. Starting with shorter races and trying a little longer races each time. Although I have slowed way down due to long haul Covid-19...I continue to try to increase my consistency and stamina to complete the race I was working on before I had Covid-19. After that I may go back to shorter races to increases the frequency of earning t-shirts until I rebuild my stamina. I love the flexibility of raising app!

CAI really enjoy the app and the races I really enjoy the app and the races. I would love it more if it offered kilometre tracking as well as miles, to save having to make conversions. Also sometimes on the map, pictures along the route are repeated, which can be disappointing. Otherwise great! I love the milestones and the rewards. Thanks for helping to motivate me!
