Great Customer Support I contacted Support due to a shipping error in one supplement. They *immediately* replied, offering a replacement, and shipped it for free even almost one year later. Amazing. Was the same when I contacted Support a few years ago with a question about one of the programs. Professional, friendly, down to earth, the support staff seem to be like Jeff!

Far exceeded expectations... I first found the AX community this past July and feel like after years of training haphazardly, I am now reaping the benefits of “putting the science back in strength”. I began my journey with Xero followed by AX-1/TNT and have now completed the first month of OSI. The AX programs, educational content, and forums have far exceeded my expectations. No BS or empty promises Every program is a complete guide: meal plan, daily WO routine with an explanation for every exercise (what to do, how to do it, and what not to do to stay safe), and adjustments if you have a muscle or joint issue. All price levels. What's your excuse now?

Great performance in all areas Loving Jeff's content on youtube with great understandable explanations. Also loving his supplements, while not cheap, but definitely very good and tasty. His programs are easy to follow, and the online platform makes it easy to track your progress in exercises. Also the Support department via email is working very well, giving clear and detailed answers. Keep up the good work.

Athleanx Support I recently had an issue regarding a program that is too challenging for me at the moment. I contacted the Athleanx support and a very kind person did everything in her power to help me out to swap the program with another more suited to my current ability level. I can’t praise her enough. I can now move to my new program, knowing that I’ll be able to improve even further. Jeff’s training style is one of a kind and I’ll stick with it for a very long time.
