Far exceeded expectations... I first found the AX community this past July and feel like after years of training haphazardly, I am now reaping the benefits of “putting the science back in strength”. I began my journey with Xero followed by AX-1/TNT and have now completed the first month of OSI. The AX programs, educational content, and forums have far exceeded my expectations. I’ve been using Athlean x for years… I’ve been using Athlean x for years now. I have AX1 AX2 and mass size. I love them all three programs and rotate between them. I used to over train and see little results, using this Athlean X educate me on the correct way to train. The video tutorials are clear and concise. Each new training phase is explained with the how and why, which is so interesting, I’ve learned so much from completing these programs. Best of all, I have had excellent results! I joined in my mid 30s, and I have consistently maintained a 6 pack as I enter my 40s!!

Support is Fantastic I needed assistance to correct an error within my account. Support at Athlean-X went out of their way--during the holidays I might add--to ensure any issues were fixed or addressed.
