My experience with Athlean X has been… My experience with Athlean X has been astounding, I’m in the best shape of my life and more agile than I have ever been even after having a fused ankle. The programs are incredible, clearly very well thought out and worth every penny in my opinion. The support team are also excellent and very quick in responding to issues. Looking forward to seeing what is coming next from Jeff and the team!

Athleanx Support I recently had an issue regarding a program that is too challenging for me at the moment. I contacted the Athleanx support and a very kind person did everything in her power to help me out to swap the program with another more suited to my current ability level. I can’t praise her enough. I can now move to my new program, knowing that I’ll be able to improve even further. Jeff’s training style is one of a kind and I’ll stick with it for a very long time.

Far exceeded expectations... I first found the AX community this past July and feel like after years of training haphazardly, I am now reaping the benefits of “putting the science back in strength”. I began my journey with Xero followed by AX-1/TNT and have now completed the first month of OSI. The AX programs, educational content, and forums have far exceeded my expectations. Best supplements on the planet Best supplements on the planet. The protein powder not only tastes great (choc is my favorite) it mixes so well and the results speak for themselves. I’ve had trouble gaining weight my entire life. I have been taking Athlens supplements for a few months and I’m already up 10lbs. In addition the customer service is top notch. So impressed. Bravo.
