His programs are easy to follow, and the online platform makes it easy to track your progress in exercises. Also the Support department via email is working very well, giving clear and detailed answers. Keep up the good work.

Support at Athlean-X went out of their way--during the holidays I might add--to ensure any issues were fixed or addressed. I’ve had trouble gaining weight my entire life. I have been taking Athlens supplements for a few months and I’m already up 10lbs. In addition the customer service is top notch. So impressed. Bravo.

Be careful with paying for the service. Be careful with paying for the service. A year ago, I bought a subscription. I used it for 3 months and then stopped. The service was inconvenient, but overall, there were useful videos. After a year, they charged me $150 again, which is a lot of money for me. I was surprised and tried to find the linked bank card in my account, but I couldn't. There's no such section at all. The card was linked without any notifications or control options. I wrote to support demanding a refund. My account was unexpectedly deleted, and they said they refunded the money. The only problem is that a month later, I still haven't received it. The bank asked me to send an RRN or another payment identifier to check the payment. The service did not provide it.

My experience with Athlean X has been… My experience with Athlean X has been astounding, I’m in the best shape of my life and more agile than I have ever been even after having a fused ankle. The programs are incredible, clearly very well thought out and worth every penny in my opinion. The support team are also excellent and very quick in responding to issues.
