The AthleanX programs are easily to understand via the quick workout rundown itself but especially enhanced by the accompanying videos/gifs, and the Support team are very quick to respond with well informed responses that help aid your journey.

Far exceeded expectations... I first found the AX community this past July and feel like after years of training haphazardly, I am now reaping the benefits of “putting the science back in strength”.
