His programs are easy to follow, and the online platform makes it easy to track your progress in exercises. I started training early July and have been using PR-X intra-workout and the X-Cite pre-workout drinks. They have definitely given my body the extra kick it needs before and during my training sessions. I’ve gone from a soft 240 to a solid 180 with training, diet, and supplement support. Thanks Jeff!

Be careful with paying for the service. Be careful with paying for the service. A year ago, I bought a subscription. I used it for 3 months and then stopped. The service was inconvenient, but overall, there were useful videos. After a year, they charged me $150 again, which is a lot of money for me. I was surprised and tried to find the linked bank card in my account, but I couldn't. There's no such section at all. The card was linked without any notifications or control options. I wrote to support demanding a refund. My account was unexpectedly deleted, and they said they refunded the money. The only problem is that a month later, I still haven't received it. The bank asked me to send an RRN or another payment identifier to check the payment. The service did not provide it.
