RUBe careful with paying for the service. Be careful with paying for the service. A year ago, I bought a subscription. I used it for 3 months and then stopped. The service was inconvenient, but overall, there were useful videos. After a year, they charged me $150 again, which is a lot of money for me. I was surprised and tried to find the linked bank card in my account, but I couldn't. There's no such section at all. The card was linked without any notifications or control options. I wrote to support demanding a refund. My account was unexpectedly deleted, and they said they refunded the money. The only problem is that a month later, I still haven't received it. The bank asked me to send an RRN or another payment identifier to check the payment. The service did not provide it.

GBGreat Customer Service/Support Staff!!! The Athlean X programs are the best out there. There are plenty reviews on that, but equally awesome is the support you receive from Jeff and his staff when you have a question or need additional information. The responses are prompt, informative and it is easy to follow up in the event answers generate more questions from the end user. These days, a company’s support staff/customer service department will make or break them. Athlean X definitely gets it right! Keep up the good work!

ITAthleanx Support I recently had an issue regarding a program that is too challenging for me at the moment. I contacted the Athleanx support and a very kind person did everything in her power to help me out to swap the program with another more suited to my current ability level. I can’t praise her enough. I can now move to my new program, knowing that I’ll be able to improve even further. Jeff’s training style is one of a kind and I’ll stick with it for a very long time.

AUUpdate Update - athlean x - old school iron Now I can't access the platform to progress in the program. This company CAN'T get anything right! Tried to reset my password twice but that didn't work. Tried support - NOTHING. This has to be my worst experience with any online store.

GBAwesome program, awesome support. Not only are the training programs awesome (completed one, purchased a second), all of the app/site features and resources are great too. But even better than all that, the support team behind the scenes have made the experience top notch. I had some questions about programming and results, and not only received honest feedback (quickly too), I was provided recommendations and support to programs that will help me reach my personal goals. You don't see that often in online programs. Well done.
