ITAthleanx Support I recently had an issue regarding a program that is too challenging for me at the moment. I contacted the Athleanx support and a very kind person did everything in her power to help me out to swap the program with another more suited to my current ability level. I can’t praise her enough. I can now move to my new program, knowing that I’ll be able to improve even further. Jeff’s training style is one of a kind and I’ll stick with it for a very long time.

GBBest Shape of My Life AthleanX has completely transformed my workouts and as a result my body. In my early 40s I’m both in the best shape of my life as well the strongest! The AthleanX programs are easily to understand via the quick workout rundown itself but especially enhanced by the accompanying videos/gifs, and the Support team are very quick to respond with well informed responses that help aid your journey.

I'm the go-to workout and nutrition person for many of my friends. I am a natural skeptic. With that said - THIS is the program I’ve been looking for all my life. Greatly exceeded my expectations already. I’m just ramping up and muscles are turning on that I didn’t know I had. Video clips address the exact mistakes I have been making. Superb customer service. RUBe careful with paying for the service. Be careful with paying for the service. A year ago, I bought a subscription. I used it for 3 months and then stopped. The service was inconvenient, but overall, there were useful videos. After a year, they charged me $150 again, which is a lot of money for me. I was surprised and tried to find the linked bank card in my account, but I couldn't. There's no such section at all. The card was linked without any notifications or control options. I wrote to support demanding a refund. My account was unexpectedly deleted, and they said they refunded the money. The only problem is that a month later, I still haven't received it. The bank asked me to send an RRN or another payment identifier to check the payment. The service did not provide it.
