I used to over train and see little results, using this Athlean X educate me on the correct way to train. The video tutorials are clear and concise. Each new training phase is explained with the how and why, which is so interesting, I’ve learned so much from completing these programs. Best of all, I have had excellent results! I joined in my mid 30s, and I have consistently maintained a 6 pack as I enter my 40s!!

His programs are easy to follow, and the online platform makes it easy to track your progress in exercises. Also the Support department via email is working very well, giving clear and detailed answers. Keep up the good work.

Be careful with paying for the service. Be careful with paying for the service. A year ago, I bought a subscription. I used it for 3 months and then stopped. The service was inconvenient, but overall, there were useful videos. After a year, they charged me $150 again, which is a lot of money for me. I was surprised and tried to find the linked bank card in my account, but I couldn't. There's no such section at all. The card was linked without any notifications or control options. I wrote to support demanding a refund. My account was unexpectedly deleted, and they said they refunded the money. The only problem is that a month later, I still haven't received it. The bank asked me to send an RRN or another payment identifier to check the payment. The service did not provide it.
