Great performance in all areas Loving Jeff's content on youtube with great understandable explanations. Also loving his supplements, while not cheap, but definitely very good and tasty. His programs are easy to follow, and the online platform makes it easy to track your progress in exercises. Also the Support department via email is working very well, giving clear and detailed answers. Keep up the good work.

Awesome program, awesome support. Not only are the training programs awesome (completed one, purchased a second), all of the app/site features and resources are great too. But even better than all that, the support team behind the scenes have made the experience top notch. I had some questions about programming and results, and not only received honest feedback (quickly too), I was provided recommendations and support to programs that will help me reach my personal goals. Far exceeded expectations... I first found the AX community this past July and feel like after years of training haphazardly, I am now reaping the benefits of “putting the science back in strength”. I began my journey with Xero followed by AX-1/TNT and have now completed the first month of OSI. The AX programs, educational content, and forums have far exceeded my expectations.
