I’ve been using Athlean x for years… I’ve been using Athlean x for years now. I have AX1 AX2 and mass size. I love them all three programs and rotate between them. I used to over train and see little results, using this Athlean X educate me on the correct way to train. The video tutorials are clear and concise.
