Lack of communication regarding order placed an order however after some time had passed, I sent an email enquiring about the status of my order, as I had not received any follow-up emails regarding shipping. To date, I have sent several emails asking about my order however I have received NO response from anyone from this company.

Still haven't received my item I purchased an ice bath, waited and waited for it to arrive. Advised me there was a misunderstanding and have upgraded the ice bath, which I am still yet to receive. Customer Service is lacking. Think I may have lost my $$$. Very disappointed. I just want my ice bath.

I've been setting it up on my balcony… I've been setting it up on my balcony for a month now, and it's really great 👍. Lightweight, sealed everywhere, and performs exceptionally. I use it almost every day and am truly impressed ✨. Didn't expect it to be this good. I can recommend the ice bath; it definitely gives the impression of high quality, and after a month of use, it's just as good as day one 👌.

Excellent product Excellent product, very sturdy. The only thing I don't like is the cover, as it's solid, and when it's windy and rainy, the cover occasionally comes off, but I'll figure something out. It's a great bath, much better than alternatives on the market. My husband is very satisfied and uses it every day. Easy to assemble, the drain works well, and it serves its purpose excellently. Easy to clean and easy to drain and refill. Exactly what he wanted for Christmas.
