Still haven't received my item I purchased an ice bath, waited and waited for it to arrive. Advised me there was a misunderstanding and have upgraded the ice bath, which I am still yet to receive. Customer Service is lacking. Think I may have lost my $$$. Very disappointed. I just want my ice bath.

This bath is easy to assemble and… This bath is easy to assemble and maintain, and the assembly quality is excellent. I've been using it for several weeks now and I already see significant improvements in my recovery time and muscle pain.

I placed an order and haven’t received… UPDATE: The day after posting a review they reached out to me. Item was lost in mail so they have refunded my money. I placed an order and haven’t received the item nor any updates on where it is. I have emailed them multiple times and even tried calling with no answer! So bummed. Was looking forward to an ice bath experience! ☹️
