USI placed an order and haven’t received… UPDATE: The day after posting a review they reached out to me. Item was lost in mail so they have refunded my money. I placed an order and haven’t received the item nor any updates on where it is. I have emailed them multiple times and even tried calling with no answer! So bummed. Was looking forward to an ice bath experience! ☹️
