Excellent product Excellent product, very sturdy. The only thing I don't like is the cover, as it's solid, and when it's windy and rainy, the cover occasionally comes off, but I'll figure something out. It's a great bath, much better than alternatives on the market. My husband is very satisfied and uses it every day. Easy to assemble, the drain works well, and it serves its purpose excellently. Easy to clean and easy to drain and refill. Exactly what he wanted for Christmas.

I just have to say I just have to say, the ice bath at NordicWay is simply incredible! I've never felt anything like it before. It was so invigorating, and I felt refreshed and renewed. I can't wait to go back and take the plunge again!

Never received my product. Placed an order, waited almost 3 weeks with no response. I decided to email them to ask what's going on and they cancelled my order and issued a refund. Very bad business who clearly are drop shipping and don't actually hold any stock. Unreliable. Do not trust these people with your money. I thought I'd just lost $150 until they refunded me
