AUStill haven't received my item I purchased an ice bath, waited and waited for it to arrive. Advised me there was a misunderstanding and have upgraded the ice bath, which I am still yet to receive. Customer Service is lacking. Think I may have lost my $$$. Very disappointed. I just want my ice bath.

GBI placed an order and haven’t received… UPDATE: The day after posting a review they reached out to me. Item was lost in mail so they have refunded my money. I placed an order and haven’t received the item nor any updates on where it is. I have emailed them multiple times and even tried calling with no answer! So bummed. Was looking forward to an ice bath experience! ☹️

AUExtremely happy with quality! Extremely happy with the quality of my Nordic white ice bath, I’ve been using other bars for about seven years and tried different styles. However this ice bath including the lid. Keeps the water freshen cold. In the last few months we’ve had between 35 and 40°C days and the ice bath still stays cold, I’m able to quickly disassemble it and carry it with me. When I go on my travels. It’s easy and quick to fill up. The size is perfect
