GBDon't know the coaches? Doesn't matter! Most people that attend SFH classes have taken in-person classes with these coaches, so they know them pretty well. I, on the other hand, have never taken an in-person class with any of these coaches, but I feel like I know them just as well! I think that's the biggest testament to the interactiveness and inclusivity of the SWH coaches! Finding motivation to workout at home is TOUGH, but these guys make you want to show up - great people, great atmosphere, and a GREAT workout!

GBSomething for everyone to sweat! I started taking Sweat From Home classes at the beginning of quarantine. I had taken Brendan’s SBX classes beforehand so I thought it would be fun to see a familiar instructor in this virtual world, also it was at the beginning of quarantine so there wasn’t a lot of online workout classes. Six months later, I’m still taking class with Brendan and Kyle and all of the other instructors. And can actually do a pretty decent push-up by now! If you are a seasoned athlete or just someone who wants to get moving, there’s literally so many options and levels and modifications in every class. Highly recommend for everyone (like literally even your dog— mine takes classes besides me every time haha)

DEAmazing coaches and community If you want to stay fit during quarantine (and beyond), congratulations, you just found your new community! Kyle and Brendan are the best, their energy is contagious and I always feel inspired to work harder and push myself in these classes. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, come join a workout just once and I promise you'll thank yourself later :)

GBSweat from Home is the best!! I cannot recommend SFH enough. I love all the coaches and the variety of intense workouts, stretching and community. I will never go back to a fitness studio. I can workout wherever I am and book classes at short notice. The coaches always offer encouragement and modify the workout according to your fitness goals!!
