Small, but mighty and portable Quiet punch is a boxing bag like no other! I've been injured 2.5 years and prior to that I used to do Taebo and Muay Thai. I have missed boxing and this was the one good thing that came out of Brexit (in my opinion). I can put it in the doorway, and I can gain my abdominal muscles back slowly. It's quiet, but does not lack intensity and does not slack in the impact it can have on your workout. Every move is still doable for me and I don't feel like I am missing out! Defective bars Great concept. Only problem is the bar keeps popping loose from the wall. You won't be able to get through an entire workout without having to remount the bar.
