Fulfilling Freelance Work! I've been with Arc since 2018 and I've worked on a range of projects with Arc clients. I freelance on top of my day job so I was not interested in finding roles that felt like yet another set of chores to do after work. With Arc, I was able to find opportunities to solve fun engineering challenges and expand my professional skills and network. Arc also provided me an outlet to work in roles beyond my usual job title as an engineer. I've been able to build online courses, work with startups, perform live interviews with an audience of thousands of users, and mentor new engineers. Overall, I'm incredibly pleased with the Arc platform and the teams that keep it running.

Great place for software engineers Been working with arc as a software engineer this whole 2023 at one of their clients, and it has been an amazing opportunity. Also did one freelancer back in 2022, they always have great communication and pays on time. Simply 10/10 for them!

Irresponsible service This is the worst platform for developers. I went through their system and was on their platform for 4-5 months, during which I got interviewed for couple of times but no updates after the interview. There was no communication from the Arc team. The client rather reached out to me over LinkedIn complaining Arc never got back to him either. Providing the feedback to the team or their CEO didn't help. This is a hustle being run by unprofessional people who don't respect others time. I avoid giving such negative reviews but a service which wastes time and effort of developers needs to be called out. Please avoid!

Awesome way to freelance As a first-time freelancer, I had great experience. I have quickly found a contract, and support was always there to quickly answer my questions and solve any doubts. Clients were nice, tasks well described... I highly recommend it and will continue working on arc.dev
