USNeed better communication Was excited at first to get my home gym from this company at a great price. Paid $150 for delivery. Ordered on 6/17. Was told that Monday it would probably go out Friday. On Saturday 6/24 I was told it would be delivered Monday. I was fine with that. Monday came and went. No emails or communication as to why it didn't show up. Then I was told it would come Friday 6/30. On Friday morning I get an email that it wouldn't be until 7/7 that it was going to be delivered due to call outs by employees. I understand issues with employees, as I own a business, however the delivery is only about 15-20 miles away. I offered to have it picked up on 7/1 and was told they are closed for the holiday weekend. At this time we agreed to a refund. This is an unfortunate situation as there is no excuse for this to happen. I could understand if it was a lot of equipment or long distance, however, this is neither the case. It's extremely disappointing as now I have to find a new home gym as I was looking forward to working with this company to order more. Hopefully they get it together.
