USLove Mito!! Love Mito! I had been using a Mito system at my gym for a year. The owner had a commercial level system set up in his gym, and it was there I discovered the benefits of photo-biomodulation therapy. I have mild psoriasis, and another autoimmune disease and I have personally experienced a marked improvement in both since use. Further, my hair and skin have shown improvement as well. I have since invested in my own system for our home. I purchased the Mito Pro X bundle and plan to use it daily. Customer service is top tier. There was an issue with one of the horizontal mounting brackets (for the universal stand), and my issue was addressed promptly. They shipped out an entire set of new brackets. The Mito team answers any and all questions as well. The entire experience has been wonderful and I may add two other panels in the future to my current system.

CAHorrible customer service Bought a Mito Mobile and about 6 months into using it, 6 of the 12 lights stopped working. I reached out to customer service and they said it's still working, I just can't see it with my naked eye (really not assuring at all). I went along with it. Used it for a bit longer and the fan started getting louder. It stopped getting as hot. So I reached out to see what is happening. It's still under 1 year of use. Their response was just info copied and pasted from the website.... Honestly, the Mito customer service has made this entire experience pretty horrible. They're so unpleasant and unhelpful.
