GBWODprep is the BEST WODprep programming and coaching is by far and away THE BEST! I became a customer in 2017 and was able to quickly learn bar muscle ups and double unders through their online courses. I also went through their nutrition course and lost 10 extra pounds and have been able to maintain that weight over the past 7 years by using the knowledge I gained. In mid-2018, I switched from my gym’s programming to WODprep 1-on-1 coaching, and I’ve never looked back. I initially joined for help recovering from a shoulder injury, and I stuck with it ever since because my performance has improved SO much. I have made quarterfinals every year as an individual female and in my age group (40-44) since CF introduced it, finishing top 2-3%. I’ve been getting stronger and fitter every year thanks to my amazing coach and his programming and feedback. If you want to become better at CrossFit, learn new skills, be competitive, or find a coach who truly cares, sign up for WODprep. Their coaching and services cannot be beat.

GBWODPrep Course I completed the Endless Engine Course on Wodprep and it really helped me reach my goal of improving my cardio. The pace of the course wasn’t too easy or aggressive, helping me build confidence over the 8 weeks. I will likely do it again soon if I need a boost in a few months. The course was easy to navigate in the app. The customer service person was pretty helpful too. 5 stars!

GBI started following WODprep’s… I started following WODprep’s programming from the beginning. I remember when Coach band came back from the games and was very discouraged that the masters did not get very much coverage. Coach Ben is very passionate about his master athletes, as well as all athletes. At the beginning, I was not following WODprep exclusively. After Covid, I decided to cancel my CrossFit gym membership and follow Wodprep programming, 100%. I also have access to WODPrep’s Academy. I am now a 60+ masters athlete and this is my first year to make semi finals. I place the best ever in the open which is 44th overall, and able to improve my overall performance in the AGOQ to 16th overall worldwide. The coaches at WODprep are phenomenal. The work out, begins with chalk talk and followed by a warm-up, and usually strength and conditioning. There are so many options that I could go on and on about this programming and this program. What prep offer so many extras to include gymnastics, strength, engine, work, as well as any other moves imaginable. One thing that I love is that the athletes are prepared for the open and you never feel alone even an athlete like me that works out from my garage. I would recommend this program to anyone from beginners to long time Crossfit or Saturday, doing CrossFit for recreation, or for all age groups of the athletes that are trying to go further in the competitive process. I feel like everyone should give it a try you have nothing to lose.
