GBUnyielding Policy in the Face of Genuine Hardship I was genuinely excited to start my fitness journey with GMB's Elements program and later decided to invest further by upgrading to a bundle, including the Mobility and Inner Strength programs. However, not long after I began with Elements, I experienced a severe lower back sprain. Over a month has passed, and I'm still in the recovery phase. Given the circumstances, I reached out to GMB, hoping they might consider my unique situation and offer some flexibility in their return policy. I understand the importance of policy adherence, but I also believe businesses should show empathy and flexibility in unforeseen situations like mine. Sadly, my request was declined. What adds to my disappointment is that I haven't even accessed the other two programs I bought. I'm left with products I can't use and a dent in my wallet, all while nursing an injury. While the content might be valuable for some, potential buyers should be aware of the company's strict adherence to their return policy, even in exceptional circumstances.
