GBWorst experience dealing with a company EVER! Ordered the product on February 14th and it is now April 8th and I still do not have my chiller. The cold plunge is effectively useless without it. Meanwhile, they are holding on to my money while they claim there are supply chain issues that have delayed the shipment of my order. So maybe I’ll get the chiller within the year. My guess is they kept products up for sale on their website that they didn’t have inventory for to effectively take the money and run. I’ve filed two complaints with the BBB with no success or timetable as to when the chiller will be shipped.

GBEveryone needs one ! We decided to place our order with Deep Dive Wellness because they had the best price at the time ( Xmas ) We ordered on Dec 22nd and received all parts n pieces by end of January . The chiller was the most expensive component and good quality it appears but it came separate from the tub ( XL is not necessary fyi - unless you do 2 people at a time ) and there where no fixings / pieces to connect the two so we had to figure out how to "plumb" the whole thing and that was not easy with all components beeing different in size . I would buy it from them again if they provided a complete setup . It took us a few days and several runs to ACE and HD to get the thing up and running . The tub is solid and is just too big for a 1 HP chiller . The time it takes to get the tub down to mid 40 range is a couple of days . The guy that took care of us through this excersise of acquiribg a cold plunge was really nice but communication was sporadic and several times we where unsure if we had got scammed . Either way ; the plunge is now up and running and worth every penny but would have loved a less stressfull customer experience and the plumbing parts and instructions .

GBBuyer beware Terrible…almost 3 months from ordering and still have not gotten my pump!! Very sporadic contact with the company. Cannot speak to any one! Buyer beware!!
