Missing parts for my new home gym Missing parts for my new home gym. Called customer service and the call went to the voicemail of a personal number! No response to emails either. This is a heavy item and now I need to haul it back to Walmart because this company did not verify all the parts were in the box!

Great Instructors, variety of classes, best for health I have been attending Angi’s FITVDS workouts for over a year now. I first heard about it from my friend and neighbor, Lauren. FITVDS offers very diverse and interesting fitness programs for all levels. Angi, the lead instructor, explains very well and thoroughly. While explaining and demonstrating correct movements, she pays attention and notices how each participant performs. If needed, Angi very courteously points out corrections and improvements. One of the amazing aspects of the program is that the instructors stay the same, and they really get to know you. Angi has never missed a workout session, always starts on time, and is always very welcoming. All the instructors incorporate various workout equipment such as: barbells, resistance bands, balance ball, bench … etc. Also, FITVDS offers variety of workout types such as cardio, stretch and balance, strength, boot camp…. every day. In addition to the workouts, I really enjoy participants of the classes. Everyone is so kind, supportive, and caring. I find the whole atmosphere to be very encouraging and energizing. Lastly, FITVDS workouts are saving me from great arthritis pain. When I first started working out with FITVDS, I had terrible joints pain in my right knee. If I had to sit down or bend my knee I would feel jolts of pain that would even cause tears. I would also have constant nagging knee pain. After consistently working out with Angi and her team of instructors, I’ve been able to do jumps, full sit-ups and most of the exercises involving bending knees. The jolts of pain and nagging pain are greatly reduced thanks to FITVDS. With all my heart, I am very thankful to all the instructors – Angi, Debora, and Renee.
