I have been waiting for someone to… I have been waiting for someone to respond to my email regarding the treadmill i purchased but was delivered faulty. Im not ready to wait for any longer and want this machine to be taken back

Total lack of customer service Total lack of customer service. Waited over a month for an engineer who then incorrectly diagnosed the fault with the machine, then turned up with the wrong parts and subsequently left the machine in a worse state. Lot of money and time wasted. Will never use this brand again.

Highly recommend for all fitness needs Amazing service from initial enquiry to delivery of product. Friendly staff who sourced the spare motor for my treadmill immediately and was off in the post the same day. Thank you.

Great customer service I cannot rave enough about the customer service that this business provides for me. 2 times I have had a part fail on a machine and they have dispatched it to me the next working day. I am more than happy to fix the machine myself during Coronavirus times and they always support me.
