GBMisinformation and very poor customer service 1: Customer Service is very poor. The company was very attentive until I made my purchase. Afterwards, they left the impression they did not care about my business. Examples include losing my order in the warehouse and not knowing until I reached out to them on status, chat personnel not knowing answers, no picks up the number assigned to support, and a constant redirect to email that results in cookie cutter answers that do not address your situation. 2: Tracking metrics can only be had with Apple. I thought I did my homework; they told me its worked with Android. Unfortunately, I found out after receiving the product that the tracking metrics only worked with Apple; I could use the classes with my Android. They did clarify and say that the metrics capability is on the way, but that doesn’t help me right now. 3: In spite of everything that happened, I was still giving them one more chance. I asked to speak with management about my experience and told management would contact me in 24-48 hours. I never received that call. 4: I asked to return the product and was provided a shipping label. I was also asked to let them know when I sent it so they can watch for it in the warehouse. I did as asked and two days after the system showed they received it, I reached out to confirm receipt and status of refund. I was told “warehouse will evaluate your return within 30 days and issue a refund accordingly”. When I tried to provide backstory on my experience, they just did not want to acknowledge it or work with me. [Update] As a result, I reached out to my card holder and filed a complaint. The card holder investigated and refunded me the full amount. 5: Hiding negative reviews from their website. I provided a review as they requested and did not rate them high; I received a thank you for my review but they never posted it. It appears they only post their positive ratings which to me misleads the buyers and could be interpreted as false advertising. 6: Around the first of the year I received an email from “Jake M” asking me to review my experience. I responded that I would be happy to discuss my experience over a phone call. Still waiting on that call. [Update] I was so hopeful for this product and would have worked with them if their customer service would have been trained properly. Please consider this review when purchasing.
