USThis company does not stand by their… This company does not stand by their trial period. Moreover, the programming is unvaried, limited in number, and not a good workout. I purchased the machine, went through weeks of trying to return it as the company shuffled me around, then was denied the return because I had gone past 30 days. The only reason I had the machine for more than 30 days was because of their poor customer service. I feel so scammed by them. The CEO Justin is unconscionable; I’m unsure how he sleeps at night. The machine itself is fine, but don’t buy it if you’re hoping to get a well instructed, motivating workout via the app. The videos are horribly awkward, hard to follow and demotivating. The company feels like a scam. Wish I never purchased.
