I order 10,25 and 45 plates and never… I order 10,25 and 45 plates and never received them got an email I will be refunded in feburary its April and still no refund. They don't reply to emails or answer the phone these people are a bunch of scams. Just send back people hard earn money dick heads.

Got exactly what I ordered. Many people have said this company is a scam deal...I disagree and give 5 stars. My experience of buying weight plates was fine. It was last year during the time when no company had any equipment on hand. The wait was longer than I wanted, however, I did get exactly what I ordered and in new condition. So I'm gonna agree with the folks who suggest this company was ill-prepared for the demand during gym closures/covid-19 restrictions.

Good product, logistics could use help. Good product. The plates took ages to come and their shipping notifications were odd. The notification told me that all my packages had been delivered but the second set of plates hadn't come yet. They did respond quickly to my email to clarify. Given the COVID situation, I'm willing to give them a break. Hopefully, they figure out their logistics.

SCAMMING PIECE OF SH-T MOTHERFUC*ERS SCAMMING PIECE OF SH-T MOTHERFUC*ERS. Posted a "refund" to my paypal account on 2/12 for $612. A week later paypal notifies me that the refund has been CANCELED. And paypal isn't any help because they'll tell you they can't let you use the resolution center (which used to be where you could go due to fraudulent scumbags) "because you've already received the money back". THE FU*K I DID. Vincent and Monika Briatore - the owners of this sh-t scam cluster, deserve to be drawn and quartered in the public square. These as*holes even have MULTIPLE news stories from just last fall talking about making 1.2 million A MONTH in sales, and how they're fulfilling all these orders and are the fastest growing private fitness brand of 2020. They apparently live in Wyoming. I wish I did too. I'd give these criminals a visit.

I placed my order in late November 2020, was told via email in mid December to expect an early January 2021 shipment only for that to be changed to beginning of February and now NO RESPONSE!!! They have stolen over $725 from me, will not deliver product, will not issue refund, will not respond.
