USEasy to navigate once you know where to… Easy to navigate once you know where to go. The tabs make sense. User friendly, I like the warnings if you are about to input something in the incorrect spot. I wish there was an app version so everything wasn’t solely dependent on your current cell phone reception or WiFi connection. It has not crashed on me yet but I’m worried it might and I’ll lose my current data I was working on.

USIt was a little difficult to figure out… It was a little difficult to figure out what to do to get started but once I figured it out it was not bad.

USsuper easy to use! there are a few problems on the website but it is super easy to get in contact with the owner and she fixes them every time!

USThe website works great when putting in… The website works great when putting in clinical reports. Also the website is very organized.
