Superb customer service GGW is an excellent company that I use for its extensive product selection and service. I recently inquired about a new release P2 putter grip. Brad contacted me the same day and I was able to purchase my P2 grip the following morning. Top notch service for this day and age imho.

The Golf Grip Warehouse had a good… The Golf Grip Warehouse had a good variety of reasonably priced brands and choices. When my order looked to be delayed by a few days while the GGW waited for a shipment, the company communicated immediately. The delay turned out to be shorter than expected and my items still arrived in time for Christmas! I expect to be a repeat customer.

Received wrong order Received wrong order. Although company tried to resolve, I felt the communication could have been better and more timely. It would take one day for the company to get back to me and this went on after several emails were sent to resolve. I finally received my order 3 weeks later.
