The individual they connected me with was a perfect match for my requirements: knowledgeable, competent, and easy to work with. When another need popped up, I contacted them again, and we got right back to work.

Right from the beginning, Suvash of Flexiple was very keen in understanding our specific skillset for hiring the right talent for the project. Within a short turn around time, he managed to find us the right match and kick start the assignment. It was very important to validate our idea within a limited time and the work Flexiple did to achieve them was highly commendable. Now we have a final project that we're working to make commercially viable. Mayank, who we hired via Flexiple, is highly skilled and has excellent demeanors. It was super easy to get along with him and have strong communication skills. Even though he worked remotely, we never felt any difficulty in sharing the task and updates. Moreover, he was very keen on sharing his open and honest feedback about our codebase and actively participated in sharing the best practices to improve our codebase. He was very prompt to have a daily connection and share his updates. I honestly don’t have any negative comments on the engagement. They came in under our forecasted budget, were on time with everything, and were always flexible, so we have nothing to complain about.

Flexiple (represented by Suvansh) connected us with Dani, who, despite being a contractor, acted as a chief stakeholder in our process. Dani is talented, friendly, and extremely responsive. Furthermore, when we had questions on billing and paperwork, Suvansh and the Flexiple team were there to answer questions quickly. Big fan of their customer-first approach.
