Great customer service! Great customer service regarding my online order! There was an issue with the availability of skates that I ordered. They let me know immediately and recommended upgrade with a discount. Then some ?’s that I had regarding product were answered promptly. I appreciate their quick and clear communications! Will definitely be shopping with them in the future!

Said item was in stock Said item was in stock. Emailed me later to say item was no longer available but would let me buy a similar item that cost more than double the price for 5% off. They still showed the item I ordered as available. Trying to bait and switch.

ordered wrong size ordered wrong size, emailed the guys at THD and got right back to me with information and directions on how to exchange. effortless now just waiting on the right size to come back AND they are even taking care of the shipping cost to send it back to me. Can’t wait to get them back.
