Initial Hired Experience My initial experience has been very positive overall. Hired made it easy to import my resume, gave tips on rounding out my profile, and made it easy to submit everything for review. I was able to get interview requests fairly quickly and the scheduling process has been simple and intuitive so far.

Starting up again It's been a while since I used Hired and now that I have more experience I'm glad Hired reached out. I love the UI and the comparisons help out a lot. I've received a couple interviews already and the communication with employers works out well.

Poor quality of code, but marketing is great. First: I couldn't update my profile, cause API just returning error. Obviously they don't do any automated testing of their platform. Shame. Second: Coding challenges are very different by difficulty, for "General programming" I didn't solve task in 1 hour, tried again and got another task, done under 5 minutes. Third: Their code editor doesn't understand ES6 or running JS incorrectly, in browser console same code works without problem. Conclusion: They didn't find good coders for their own platform, how possibly they can help You with that. Most companies don't care about quality nowadays, otherwise I wouldn't have to look for a new job, cause outcome of my work is good, but nobody measure it.
