Quality over Quantity Quality of experience for both candidates and employers. Shortlistd.io is laser focused on quality over quantity - this is important for everyone involved in the hiring process. The selection process is totally… The selection process is totally opaque. The decision is not supported by valid reasons. The results take very long. That's understandable because you might be handling high volume.
