The overall process was smooth and easy and the agents were nice, after sending your resume to HRC you will be assigned to your personal career consultant and your given the chance to pick which states in the USA you would want to work and once a job is available there you will be all set up. Great experience with HRC! My experience with HRC is great and I highly recommend doing your J1 experience through them! From the first call with them to my arrival in the US, the process only took two months and I felt well-supported throughout.

Waste and inconsiderate They start the process very well and get you a placement however once they get your money the visa process and team couldn’t care less. The property that you get hired does not even bother to answer, paper work takes forever and HRC does not give any advice on how you should apply for the visa they don’t help with the housing and you’re just expected to pay pay pay. They do some students paperwork faster than other I had to follow up so many many times and I only received appear work 1 and a half weeks before I was supposed to be in the US, they expect you to pay the priority emergency appointment fee even if it’s there fault for the delay of paperwork. My country had no appointments available to even get an emergency appointment and they just didn’t care. They are just robbers, the sales team will sell you the program beyond well after that it’s all south.
