Had to do an exchange I used the size guide to order but when the socks arrived they were too small. I had to send them back and reorder a size larger. As a result I paid additional postage and had to wait longer for product. The 2nd pair fits well and appears to be good quality.

Great product! Great Customer Service! Received two pairs of socks with inconsistent sizes. No questions asked immediate replacement. Socks hold up well. This was probably my 3rd order over the past 6 years or so. Very pleased with the product and would recommend to anyone that needs compressions socks. Lauren was a great help!

Still awaiting replacement items I paid for a return label that was not in my package. I had to pay for my own return label. I never received confirmation that my returned package was received. I asked for a different size when I returned my socks but have not received the replacement socks. When I contacted customer support they have not responded in any way.
