USI like the jacket I like the jacket. Had it turned on medium setting and got a good 5hrs battery life. Only thing I would like, is removable hood, instead of being permanently attached

USBROKEN ZIPPER Charged the battery all the way. Connected it to the jacket. Zipped the battery pocket and the zipper on the pocket broke. First time using the jacket.
