I sent an email explaining the issue, they responded promptly, and a few days later a new item arrived in the mail. Easy and simple. Again, great customer service.

First-Timer This was my first-time purchasing products from this company. The equipment was needed to compete at the Huntsman Senior Games when I arrived in Utah from Barbados. I arrive in Utah expecting to get the equipment the next day, but to my surprise the package had already been delivered to my hotel.
