About 2 months ago I purchased my first fat tire electric bike, I had technical questions about it although I couldn't get the company I purchased it from to respond... It was late at night I was scrolling on Facebook and saw this company HAOQI, and thought their bike kind of looks like mine maybe I will ask them the question, I got the sweetest lady named Celine she was a sales representative for HAOQI, she emailed me for over an hour and helped me with the problems I was having with my bike.. I told her I had purchased one of her competitors bikes although her customer service was so professional and she helped me with all the questions I had...
