The team at Seshsnow was apologetic and went out of their way to address the situation quickly. Within hours of making contact I had what I needed and the situation was properly resolved.

Where's my order??? I placed an order for my son. His snow pants took over 2 weeks to arrive in our valley. When they did they never delivered or attempted to contact me via email or phone and the carrier sent them back to somewhere. I have emailed the company to get them resent and no one has tried to contact me. is this a scam company?
