Part of our trampoline was deliver bent… Part of our trampoline was deliver bent :( it’s one of the legs so we can’t use it as the trampoline won’t sit even. I have tried calling for a replacement piece but it’s only a what’s up ap number a when called it says “the number can’t be reached” no response via email either. So if I can’t get this leg replaced I just wasted $300. Please get back to me jumpflyplay & I’ll update my review. Thank you!!

Disappointes Instructions were not specific or warned of any problems that may occur. My trampoline curled up immediately after assembling the springs. Communication with the company is slow and I still don’t have replacement parts. I thought this trampoline would have been high end because of the price but it apparently is not. I can send another review once I get the parts and actually have the trampoline assembled. My kids and I will be much more happy then

Grandboys LOVE their trampoline in Gpa&Gma's yard The grandboys LOVE their trampoline in Gma & Gpa's back yard. Granny single-handedly assembled the whole thing and gave up a have a dozen times, but continued on until complete. The strong tension on the final few of the 72 springs connecting to the bounce part was a little challenging, as was the 8 arch shaped perimeter tubes - getting the last one to open wide enough and then snugly insert sleeve into connection. But I'm sure it'd been a breeze with 2 people. Instructions were good. All parts were there. Thx Jumpfly!

Easy assembly! The trampoline was super easy to assemble & the kids were jumping in no time at all. Would definitely recommend this product to a friend !
