I thought it commendable that this company stepped up; apologized for the problem/delay; and even offered a concession to re-store my Trust and Confidence. USI used Shopisense prices were reasonable and free delivery I used Shopisense because when I looked for Kingsford Charcoal Amazons price when from $10.99 to $25.00-$34.00 for 1 16 lb bag. Shopisense has a twin pack for $20.99. I placed my order and it was quite simple and easy. I recommend them for shopping online.
