Shipping damage response We had a javelin that was damaged in shipping. They were very responsive and immediately took care of a replacement. Very good customer service!

Terrible Service I ordered a T-Shirt and Sweatshirt from Trackbarn on December 29, 2022. I have yet to see the items. They keep telling a date they will ship. I wait and nothing. It is May 4, 2023 and we still haven't received the items. We are going on 5 months to receive the T-shirt and sweatshirt. Now they are telling it will ship at the end of May. Terrible service. All they say is they over promised and under delivered. Think twice about ordering anything from TrackBarn

Ordered a backpack during AAU Jr… Ordered a backpack during AAU Jr Olympics. Have yet to receive it or a shipping notice email. It was ordered in the first week of August. 1st time purchasing and may be my last.

Have not heard anything about the bibs… Have not heard anything about the bibs I purchased despot the e mail I sent. Need them for an upcoming race. But a call to the office has me more at ease. I am promised they will be here soon Race is sept 7. We prep everything before that.
