I received my back support harness I received my back support harness. The straps were so big that the item is not wearable. I asked for a replacement. They requested I send photos, which I did. They determined the product was good. To return it I would have to pay the shipping at a cost of almost what the item was. This is a total scam. I wish I would have done better research.

Then they said the cost for me to return the broken item would be $25-30 to ship back to Singapore. The item only cost $25. They offered to refund me back 5-10% of the cost. Sent a completely piece of junk and don't stand behind their product.

Just Don’t Do it. I ordered an item in November. By the middle of January it is still not here. They have offered an address the doesn’t exist and insist I gave the incorrect address. I have not received any notifications that my order was delivered. I feel like this is a scam company which is located in Singapore. Think twice before doing business here.
